Radical Candor is a simple idea that will allow you to have effective conversations with the people around you. It’s so important that leaders learn to do this. Not being able to have an effective conversation will make consistent success impossible for people managers because the people around us will not be able to reach their full potential without receiving the feedback they need to hear in order to improve.
